Here is the process that all of our future business phone system customers can expect.
Network Verification : A Digital Micro network tech will come onsite to verify your network is compatible.. This is a very important step most companies skip and cause you headaches later.
Estimate Submission : We will then provide you with a complete estimate including service fees, phone rental fees and taxes. You can then approve or reject the estimate.
Signup Process : If you have agreed to the estimate a Greenlink technician will contact you to ask a few simple questions. They use this information to preconfigure your phones for simple, quick deployment on go live day.
Go-Live-Day : On this day a Digital Micro network tech will come on-site to work with a Greenlink tech to install your phones and go over how they work, as-well-as answer any questions.
